All of the photos are great. It's cool how they emphasized what they want you to notice in the photo, especially in the third picture down.
ReplyDeleteJordana M

ReplyDeleteDanielle W.

ReplyDelete-Daniella Licari
the second photo is very interesting the girls seem to be looking for somthing. it tells a story. i feel that he next thing that would happen is that the girls would discover some tragety. the inscribed vines make it seem as if time was suddenly paused.

I like the second picture from the bottom. The lighting is awesome. It really emphasizes the curtain that the girl is coming out of and gives the picture a creepy feel. I also like that they edited to be black and white because it makes it that much scarier
ReplyDeleteNikki Whitman
i like the first picture because the lighting focuses your eye directly to the hand in the back even though it is all in shadow
ReplyDelete-amber s
i like the second picture from the bottom because of the shading on the stairs. I also like how the background is all black and the focal point is the person standing behind the curtain.
ReplyDeleteKiersten C.

ReplyDelete1st picture with the hand
the contrast on the whole picture gives it an occult kinda feeling, makes u wanna just run away from the picture....good work
i like the 2nd picture because it illustrates fear, it makes you curious toward what they are looking at but scared at the same time. the darkness around the center with the girls draws your attention toward them.

The third photo up shows a good depth of field with a long depth all in focus. The aperture is appropriete that it creates an air of mystery in the photo showing fear.
ReplyDeleteSamantha Hawkins
the composition in the second photo is really interseting. i like how the vines seem to be wrapping around the girl like a cage. the picture is really creepy to look at

I like the first picture. The way the shadows and lights are really enhances what the photographer wanted you to see. Plus, it's really creepy with the way it was edited, really cool
ReplyDeleteJen C.
the first photo caught my eye and i love the editing. the second and third photo looks like it took a long time to do. Good job.

I deffiently love the 1st picture. i think it was the best out of all of them becuase it gave more of the fear/ creepy affect. The way the different dark colors come out chalky, then you just have a hand coming out from behind the counter. it kindof makes you not want to go in a dark room with counters because you got no idea what is behind it.

The third photo is my favorite for the assignment, it captures the exact emotion for fear. The highlights are very bright and vivid, however the colors being more unsaturated and the expression of the person against the fence really pull it through as a fear type tone.
ReplyDelete-Andrew Fake
All the photos show motion. Which showed me how they felt when they took the pictures. And i like how their is shodows in some of the pictures.
ReplyDeleteSamantha .P
I like the first picture. Its dark and creepy...To me it shows fear, the hand is just there.. the hand to me is asking for help or showing a sign of help...
ReplyDelete~Crystal Wiltshrie~
I really like the first one... To me it shows fear and it looked like it took awhile to edit this photo and it shows because it was a great picture

ReplyDeletealicia.h
I like the first picture because its is very creepy the hand looks like it has blood on it. I also like the fourth picture because the girl looks like a ghost and like she was hiding
ReplyDeleteDanielle D
I like the second and third photo the best but all of them are very good. they show fear very well and the photoshop done to most photos very really good and look liek it took alot of effort to reach the point that they got.
ReplyDeleteJenny D.
I like the first photo of the hand reaching out. The reddish tint of the whole photo gives it and eerie feel. The contrast of the hand and the darkness around it shows the desolation of the victim and the fear portrayed by the artist.
ReplyDeleteRachael Socolof
I really like the third picture. I like how the picture shows the feeling of being trapped.
ReplyDeleteAmanda S
The first picture with the hand is by far my favorite. The lighting is very creepy, and the hand is posed in a disturbing way. I love how my eye is drawn into the picture towards the focal point where the hand is.
ReplyDeleteIt is a fantastic picture.
Michael M
The first photo of the hand in the dark room really scares me, which really goes with the theme "fear". Also the way they edited it on photo shop makes it 10 times better.
ReplyDeletePaige A.

ReplyDeleteI really like the 3rd one, i think its Rachael. The lighting really really accents the mood in the picture, You can hardly tell it was High School students with unofficial equipment. I also think the selective coloring in the first picture is interesting.
